Set in landscaped gardens, which surround the property, Slopes has uninterrupted views over open water with ample parking for 2-3 cars.

The living area compromises a large, open plan kitchen, sitting and dining area with bi-folding doors that enable direct access out to the garden and decking area.

The three bedrooms include a master bedroom, which has an ensuite, views out to sea and a king sized bed, while the second bedroom has two twin beds. The third room includes 2 sets of bunk beds, sleeping up to four children.

As well as a generous family bathroom, there is also a walk in wet-room, utility area and space outside for bbqs, games and table tennis.

Both Flushing and Gillan coves are within easy walking distance of the house and there are several short and longer hiking routes from the house, including paths that explore the creeks, coastline and local villages of Manaccan and Helford (where local pubs can be found).

Helford, Helston and St Keverne are a short drive away (in miles, not necessarily minutes), for local amenities, shops and restaurants.
